New to the area and needed to join a dentist, after a Google search and seeing their reviews, I thought I would try them out. Not disappointed. Lovely dentist, very clean and relaxing environment and all staff are extremely friendly. They also have some great dentist plans to help spread costs.

My last year has been amazing at Smil, I’ve seen a massive improvement with my teeth and the journey has been so easy and comfortable. I’m definitely going to miss being here now that I’m finished, most of all I’ll miss all the friendly staff who always made me feel so welcome!!! Thank you still and I 100% recommend!!!!!

Visited Smil Dental Clinic today for my usual six month check. Required a filling sadly and as a dental patient with a serious phobia this would always be bad news. However Neil and his team knowing how uncomfortable I am with any visit I have with them made the whole experience painless and as Neil said “I survived “Anyone with a dental phobia will understand how I would have felt today. Neil has been looking after me now for many years. His service is second to none. If anyone is contemplating a visit to the dentist but is like myself, petrified, go and have a chat with these guys. It’ll be worth it. Thanks Neil. See you in six months. Phil

I had a little bit of an emergency situation with my wisdom tooth and I was dreading to see a dentist 🫣. Fortunately, I decided to try Smil Dental Clinic and I could not be happier with the overall experience! Absolutely zero pain throughout the entire procedure (and no pain or complications after). I felt welcomed and well informed during my visit. Thank you Smil team👌👍

This was my first visit to Smil and I was really impressed. Neil made me feel comfortable immediately and the whole of my visit was a relaxed experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Smil. An excellent service. Few people enjoy going to the dentist but Smil is probably as close as you will get.

Everyone at Smil are so caring and compassionate about what they do. It makes me feel so comforted. I am very nervous and become very distressed at the dentist but I can thoroughly recommended Smil without measure. I needed to be seen urgently due to an infection and I had a same day appointment. I was treated with kindness and care. Thank you Neil and Ellie. If you need a dental surgery that truly cares about you Smil has my vote

I recently decided to move to Smil as Neil Underhill has been my dentist for almost 28 years and I can’t think of anyone I trust more with mine and my children’s teeth.Neil is a very skilled dentist, who always gives helpful advice and communicates everything in a way that is easy to understand.My 4 year old daughters also had a very positive and calm experience during their check up at Smil.The whole team at Smil are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Smil to anyone looking to receive a high quality service.

Very friendly staff and the premises are modern and clean. Neil is an extremely thorough dentist and happily answers any concerns or questions with straightforward answers. My hygienist, Marcella, is lovely and super efficient. I rate Smil with a 5/5 smile 😄

It was an emergency appointment, arranged the day before by Raj. Seen by Neil the following day, options discussed and preparation done for another crown on broken tooth. As always this dental practice is professional, welcoming and so friendly and informative. I’m always given time to talk treatment through before going ahead. Once again well done Smïl!!!

Fantastic dentist. I was nervous about having root canal treatment done on my molar but Gavin Seal made me feel so relaxed and at ease. He was thorough, efficient and kind throughout. He gave commentary during the treatment and explained what was happening in a reassuring manner. Great dentist, and an asset to Smil.

Had amazing care from Smil dental clinic, it is easy to get an appointment. Mr Underhill, The hygienist Marcela and Dr Faye have been amazing particularly with a recent tooth extraction. All the staff go above and beyond and are friendly and welcoming.

Very happy with the service at Smil. Marcella the hygienist is very professional, friendly and has transformed my mouth. Working together I no longer have gum disease and I always feel so much better once I’ve had my appointment. Neil the dentist puts you at ease and explains what you can have to get the best results you want. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Having a dentist that you can trust to give solid clinical reasoning around a treatment plan means everything. The best treatment for the patient rather than how much money can they make out of you. My husband and I have finally made the move we should have made sooner and registered back with Dr Neil Underhill at Smil. So a simple cost effective treatment has been provided rather than the unnecessary and expensive option pushed elsewhere. Neil was our dentist for many years and it’s good to be back in safe hands. Actually feel relieved about not having to go back to our current dentist.

i have been visiting Neil for a few months now,Having been very nervous to start with, I finally plucked up the courage to have a crown fitted by him. Neil is a fantastic friendly dentist. I’ve been seeing him for over 25 years now and he’s always been really accommodating to my needs. My fitted veneers lasted years beyond what was expected and so I trusted Neil to do them again for me for my upcoming trip to the USA; to which he fitted me into his busy schedule on short notice. I even travelled half way across the country to have them fitted professionally because I know he will always do a great job. I also had some composite bonding work and whitening done to which has really improved my smile greatly. Smil is a very accommodating place and all the staff and dental assistants there are very kind and helpful. Overall I know I am in safe hands with Neil and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to him. Thanks Neil and the Smil team!

I recently joined Smil following a recommendation from a friend after struggling to register with a NHS dentist. I’m not one for the dentist and have always been super anxious when visiting but these guys have been amazing, after just a few visits I already feel more comfortable and confident about the whole thing. The building is super clean and the staff are fantastic, but I must give a special mention to Neil and Rosie, both visits Rosie has been great in reassuring me as I’ve been so nervous which in return has helped me stay calm, Neil has been fantastic and explains everything that will be happening and has provided me with great advice also, I have now signed up to the monthly plan which shows just how happy I am at this dentist! Would recommend to everyone ☺️

This Practice is so impressive.From the decor and ambiance to the patient service and great dental care, its a great experience.The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the dentist is skilled and put my mind at ease immediately. I will only be using this practice from now on, for myself and my family and will be sharing my experience with everyone.There is great, safe parking too, being a bonus, unlike my previous dentist.Five out of Five for me :)

Just come back from a visit to Smil. I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever had. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The premises are clean & comfy. Neil, the dentist is great, friendly & efficient. Went out of his way to fit a crown for me. The hygienist , also great. Very thorough and gentle ( not always the way with hygienists.) Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. Would give more if I could.

After months of following Smil's progress from the start through social media, today I finally got to visit them. Whilst the practice had looked great in photos, in real life it was breath taking! The spotless modern decor and relaxing ambiance were noticeable as I walked in. Charlotte at reception was very friendly and showed me around. I was impressed to see all the state-of-the-art technology, two intra oral scanners, the CBCT machine, and the newest toy of all.. the Blanc One whitening system. I have not even come across this before, very up to date and modern.

I went for composite bonding on my front teeth. Neil the surgeon was wonderful throughout the process, giving me the best advise and the best service throughout. Everybody kept in touch throughout the process and I felt very comfortable at all times. Great service would 100% recommend. I will be using Smil for all my check ups and cleans moving forward purely based on the service I received. Thank you all.

I’ve wanted to get my teeth sorted out for years but have always been nervous and apprehensive but Neil and all the girls were absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. I had veneers fitted and it really was completely pain free and the result was amazing. My teeth now look fantastic yet natural and I would not hesitate to recommend Smil to family, friends and anyone looking for a brilliant dentist.
